Many of our cases involve retaliation, whistleblower and wrongful termination issues.

Highlights

Larry is currently representing a reservist in the first discrimination lawsuit brought against an employer in the state of California for military status, as covered by ABC 7 news.

Larry served as appellate counsel of record in the groundbreaking sex harassment case, Weeks v. Baker & McKenzie (1998) 63 Cal.App.4th 1128. This case garnered worldwide attention when a legal secretary won $7.1 million dollars against the world's largest law firm.
